Oil Of Olay Face Wash I Am 27 Years Old And In The Past Year My Face Has Started Breaking Out BAD!?

I have many different face washes, masks, used etc etc etc! I've even used Proactiv Acne kits and more ... nothing works! I am still under the skin of acne, pimples and sensitive at the same place once a month. That will not disappear when they explode! So I have scabs on his face ugly. For now I use Oil of Olay Face Wash (day and night) to get rid of the toner to the face (of dirt and debris (morning only) and Oil of Olay lotion (morning only). Everything is free of oil from oil seems to my to face even worse. Well, it does not helpiong, I can no longer afford things like Proactiv because I'm .. just a good job.
