Would i have Raynauds syndrome if...? - raynauds syndrome more condition_symptoms

I have Raynaud's syndrome, so that my hands and feet become red, swollen, itchy, and is black and blue with cold? This was perhaps once or twice before ... So I do not know if I really have this syndrome or not.
The swelling and redness that I had today and has been traveling all day .. long, but it's hot and numb consistently.


Please help someone. Thank you!
