I have on eBay (many years ago, but there are others like them).
Looking Cable oldest units eTrex series. The last use of USB.
Search: eTrex Serial Cable
and check the box to the full-text search.

There are also others who come with a 12-volt plug in the power supply, so that you feel at home (not really all that useful).
